Employees:

All EASTERDAY BUILDING MAINTENANCE "employees" (we do not use subcontractors to clean your facilities) are interviewed, strictly screened, and selected based on their experience and ability to learn the duties required of them. We are proud of the fact that many of our employees are referrals from our existing staff. We offer a compensation and benefit package that is above the standard to attract and retain employees for years. All personnel shall be properly dressed wearing an EBM shirt and displaying identification at all times.
